Canceled events

OAKLAND, Calif. — A federal court in California granted in part StubHub’s request to compel arbitration claims brought by consumers arising from the company’s refund policy for events affected by the pandemic. The court denied the motion for purchasers of tickets on the StubHub mobile app and as relating to certain California causes of action.
