Canadian Rocker Sued on Vancouver Club Incident

VANCOUVER, B.C. (CN) - The lead singer for Canadian pop-rock band Nickelback punched a man in the face in front of a Vancouver nightclub, the man claims in B.C. Supreme Court. Noah Morse says that after Chad Turton aka Chad Kroeger punched him in the face, the rocker "felt and expressed no remorse, but rather sought to blame the plaintiff, for his own wrongful action."

Morse says the blow gave him a concussion and loosened a few of his front teeth. He seeks punitive damages for the May 2007 incident and is represented by Jeffrey Scouten.
