Canada’s Photo Voter ID Law| Cheats Elderly & Homeless, Group Says

VANCOUVER, B.C. (CN) - The Attorney General of Canada is unconstitutionally enforcing a new photo ID law that discriminates against the homeless, the elderly, and others who have no driver's license or address, the Council of Senior Citizens Organization of British Columbia and others claim in B.C.
