Canada lynx

MISSOULA, Mont. — A federal court in Montana approved a settlement between the U.S. Interior Department and wildlife advocates under which government officials agreed to submit a draft recovery plan for the Canada lynx by Dec. 1, 2023. The Trump administration had recommended removing the lynx from the list of threatened and endangered species and was “exempt from recovery planning.”
