Campus speech

ATLANTA — A campus free speech group has standing to sue University of Central Florida officials over two policies — one that prohibits expression deemed as “discriminatory harassment” and another that aims to address “bias-related incidents," the 11th Circuit ruled. A three-judge panel of the court said the policies “likely violate the First Amendment.”
