The Ninth Circuit dismissed a ballot measure committee’s appeal of a lower court’s partial denial of its request for an injunction to block San Francisco’s new campaign advertising disclosure law. The committee, Yes on Prop B, did not show that it plans to engage in any political advertising during this election season, so the controversy is moot.
