A federal court in California granted Google’s motion to dismiss a suit brought by Tulsi Gabbard’s campaign accusing the company of unlawfully suspending her advertisements temporarily, finding that the campaign failed to show how Google’s regulation of its platform is “in any way equivalent to a governmental regulation of an election.”
