California’s Stay-at-Home Orders

A federal court in California refused to grant a temporary restraining order to the Cross Culture Christian Center in a dispute challenging the state’s stay-at-home orders, finding the orders do not violate the Constitution and are a valid use of emergency powers “especially given the extraordinary public health emergency facing the state.”
