California Sues Janitorial Companies

LOS ANGELES - Attorney General Jerry Brown today accused two Southern California janitorial companies of cheating workers of overtime, paying less than minimum wage and other "flagrant violations" of labor laws. Brown sued Excell Cleaning & Building Services, which employs about 300 janitors, and MO Restaurant Service, whose license had been suspended and was not authorized to work in California.
