California Sues EPA For Documents Over Denial Of Request to Regulate Car Exhaust

SAN FRANCISCO (CN) - The State of California sued the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Federal Court, demanding documents regarding the December denial of a request that California and 16 other states be allowed to regulate tailpipe emissions of greenhouse gases. The EPA has blown off California's FOIA request, says the state Attorney General Jerry Brown.
