California serial killer

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The California Supreme Court upheld the death penalty for Charles Ng, a serial killer implicated in 11 sex slave torture-murders in the 1980s, after dismissing all of his claims of procedural error. He will continue to serve life in prison unless California lifts its current moratorium on the death penalty.
