California Fuel Standards

A federal judge properly dismissed fuel companies’ challenge to the current version of California’s low-carbon fuel standards, the Ninth Circuit ruled Friday, finding recent precedent has settled whether such programs are inconsistent with the structure of the Constitution as the companies claimed.
