California Fuel Standards

A federal judge properly dismissed fuel companies’ challenge to the current version of California’s low-carbon fuel standards, the Ninth Circuit <strong><a href="http://cdn.ca9.uscourts.gov/datastore/opinions/2019/01/18/17-16881.pdf">ruled</a></strong> Friday, finding recent precedent has settled whether such programs are inconsistent with the structure of the Constitution as the companies claimed.
