California Development

The California Native Plant Society sued San Diego County for approving a 2,135-home development in Twin Oaks Valley north of San Marcos, a fire-prone undeveloped area described in the <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/Calif.Develop.pdf">Superior Court complaint</a></strong> as “one the last remaining large blocks of habitat west of I-15 … a new population roughly the size of the City of Del Mar.”
