California Courts Of Appeal

CLASS ACTIONS, CONSUMER LAW - A class action claimed that vehicle-purchase contracts from Robinson Ford Sales misrepresented the price of new vehicles by improperly calculating the price with respect to the actual cash value of traded-in cars. J. Huffman found that plaintiffs have made an adequate showing for certification of the proposed class. Reversed. Lewis v. Robinson Ford Sales.
