California Condor

In a dispute arising from the development of luxury resort community Tejon Mountain Ranch, a federal court in California ruled against conservationists challenging the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s finding that the California condor is not a “traditional cultural property” under federal law and could be incidentally taken during the building of the development.
