ENVIRONMENT, ADMINISTRATIVE LAW - Schutte & Koerting and Ametek Inc. challenged a regional board order that required S&K to take certain remedial measures at a toxic cleanup site. The appeals court found that any party aggrieved by a final order of the regional board may seek judicial review of that order by filing a petition for writ of mandate in superior court within 30 days.
