SAN FRANCISCO – While a federal judge properly tossed caddies’ antitrust claims against the PGA Tour over being forced to wear advertising bibs at pro golf events, the Ninth Circuit ruled Friday the judge has an obligation to explain why he dismissed the case with prejudice.
