OKLAHOMA CITY (CN) - Three Texans duped a man of $55,000 by selling him, but failing to deliver, "a lucrative ownership position in the matrix of Cyberwize.com Inc., a multi-level marketing home-based business," an Oklahoman claims in Federal Court.

Ron Aubrey sued Kirk Fanning, Steve Sever and Amy Sever, all of Texas, and Cyberwize.com, a Florida corporation.

Aubrey demands punitive damages. He is represented by Alexander Bednar.
