Business Dispute Gets Nasty In Atlanta

ATLANTA (CN) - Tracey Quinn claims that after she quit as vice president for Outcomes, the company defamed her by contacting students and prospective students of her business, The American Medical Coding Academy, telling them that her courses had been canceled, that her school would be shut down, that she had "tricked" them into giving her money, and that she had been fired for fraud. She demands punitive damages for slander and tortious interference. See federal complaint.
