Bus Driver

A bus driver — who was removed from active service with the Chicago Transit Authority after discussing with other drivers the safety of transporting police to demonstrations — lost his motion for a temporary restraining order in a federal court in Illinois. The driver has not shown his speech was constitutionally protected.
