Bump Stock Ban

An Ohio appeals court ruled that Columbus, Ohio, may, for the time-being, ban bump stocks – a gun accessory that allows a semi-automatic rifle to rapidly fire ammunition – reversing a lower court’s ruling in favor of Second Amendment advocacy groups, which argued that the ban was unconstitutional. The case is remanded for further proceedings.
