BATON ROUGE - A man claims William Hayden, whose co-defendant store Red Jacket Firearms is featured on the Discovery Channel's "Sons of Guns" show, gave him shares purportedly worth 10 percent of Red Jacket Inc. to pay him for work, then fraudulently transferred all its assets to Red Jacket Firearms LLC, leaving him with worthless stock.
