Bullet glasses

MADISON, Wis. — A Wisconsin-based company that makes drinking glasses with bullets embedded in the side has presented sufficient evidence from which a jury could conclude that a Florida-based company that makes nearly identical glasses engaged in unfair competition, a federal court in Wisconsin ruled. The Florida competitor marketed its glasses as being “Made in the USA” when its glassware — minus the bullet feature, for the most part — was made in China.
