Builders Sue State Over|Workers’ Wage Rights

The Associated Builders and Contractors and other industry groups claim the New Mexico Legislature enacted an unconstitutional law allowing unions to negotiate with contractors the minimum wages for public works projects, though only 7 percent of construction workers in the state are unionized, in Albuquerque Federal Court.
