Bronx Teachers Out of Control, Parents Say

BRONX (CN) - A teacher at the Kipp Academy of New York, a New York City charter school, sexually assaulted a student repeatedly for three months, her family claims in Bronx County Court. In a separate complaint against the New York City Department of Education, a mother of a student at PS 65 claims her son was hurt when a substitute teacher let kids play football in the classroom.
