SANTA ANA, CALIF. (CN) - A former vice president of Broadcom will plead guilty to obstructing justice by ordering an email to be deleted to hide the backdating of stock options for a newly hired engineer, federal prosecutors said. Nancy Tullos, 56, of Malibu, will cooperate with the federal investigation that includes least two other members of Broadcom's executive committee, who allegedly backdated the engineer's hiring date in 1999 so he could get options to buy 120,000 shares at $88.38, rather than the true price, $96.75.
