A federal court in Washington, D.C., denied Figg Bridge Engineers’ motion for a temporary restraining order to lift a suspension on it that prevents it from participating in federal contracting. The suspension was imposed after a bridge it subcontracted to construct at Florida International University collapsed, killing six people.

The suspension was imposed after a bridge it subcontracted to construct at Florida International University collapsed, killing six people.
