A former congressional staffer was properly convicted of bribery after taking money from an undercover FBI agent posing as a partner in a medical marijuana dispensary, the Ninth Circuit ruled. The staffer to former U.S. Representative Janice Hahn had promised to make the dispensary’s permit problems go away.
