The Eleventh Circuit upheld Joel Gilbert and David Roberson’s convictions for bribery and other charges for concealing payments to Alabama state Representative Oliver Robinson through his charitable foundation in an attempt to undermine the Environmental Protection Agency’s efforts to clean up a Superfund site.

ATLANTA — The 11th Circuit upheld Joel Gilbert and David Roberson’s convictions for bribery and other charges for concealing payments to Alabama state Representative Oliver Robinson through his charitable foundation in an attempt to undermine the Environmental Protection Agency’s efforts to clean up a Superfund site.
