MANHATTAN — A federal court in New York denied in part Hillshire Brands’ request to dismiss a class action suit alleging it misrepresented that its “Delights English Muffin” is made only or predominantly with whole grain. The plaintiffs’ consumer protection claims brought under New York General Business Law will continue.
