Brazen Fraud

The SEC accused Praxsyn Corp. and its CEO Frank J. Brady, of Atlanta, of “blatantly false” claims that they could ship N95 masks, in orders of 100,000 or more, though they had no such masks — and did so in defiance of an SEC order.
