LAS VEGAS (CN) - The artist behind the iconic "Boys Are Stupid, Throw Rocks at Them" designs accuses an art dealer of stiffing him out of more than $350,000 in royalties. Todd Goldman claims in Clark County Court that S2 Art Group Ltd., defaulted on royalty payments since May 2008 after the parties entered into an art dealer agreement in 2004.
When Goldman canceled the contract, he claims S2 refused to return his artwork.
Goldman, who operates under the name David and Goliath, claims he did an audit and discovered that 106 pieces were not accounted for.
The "Boys are Stupid, Throw Rocks at Them" designs are often featured on T-shirts and stickers.
Goldman is represented by Louis Palazzo.
