Boy Blows Away|in a Bounce House

YUBA CITY, Calif. (CN) - A father says his 4-year-old son was playing in a bounce house when it blew away, breaking the boy's arm.

The bounce house was not properly secured to the ground, the father claims in Sutter County Court.

Ajeshni Singh sued the owner and operator of the bounce house and the sponsor and beneficiary of the event that featured it, the Yuba City Mud Run.

Defendants include Milton Ramirez dba Z Jumpers and Slides, Elite Fitness, and the Next Level Foundation, which was to benefit from the event.

Singh seeks damages for negligence and failure to warn.
