Bounty Hunting School Blamed for Killing

BROOKLYN (CN) - The U.S. Recovery Bureau runs "bounty hunting schools" and gives its students badges that it knows give the false impression of being "government issued documents," a mother claims in Kings County Court. She claims a bar hired a "vicious" and "violent" felon because of that credential, and he "tortured, raped and killed" her daughter.

Maureen Saint-Guillen also sued U.S. Recovery Bureau principals Ralph Rios and Robert Neves. She claims Darryl Littlejohn, a violent felon on probation or parole, killed her daughter. She did not sue Littlejohn or the bar that hired him.

She is represented by Joseph Tacopina with Tacopina & Arnold of Manhattan.
