Bounty Hunter Dogs Attorney

SANTA ANA, CALIF. (CN) - Bounty hunter Duane 'Dog' Chapman claims that attorney William Bollard breached contract by failing to represent him adequately in Mexico. (Mexico sought, but failed, to extradite Chapman for his capture of Max Factor cosmetics heir Andrew Luster, who was a fugitive from rape and drug convictions. Bounty hunting is illegal in Mexico.) Chapman sued Bollard and his law office, Julander, Brown & Bollard, in Orange County Court.
