SAN ANTONIO (CN) - A general manager claims CDM Precision Builders dba Texas Shine fired him for objecting to the company's practice of dumping toxic chemicals in the street at night, firing workers who complained of being chemically burned on the job, refusing to file accident reports, using "unsafe machines that would electrocute any person who tried to turn them on," and deleting overtime from time cards.
In his complaint in Bexar County Court, Milo Goldberg says all those acts are illegal and some are felonies. He says his boss eventually told him "that he knew too much and he had to be fired." He demands lost wages and other damages. He is represented by R. Chris Pittard with the Davis Law Firm.
