A black former employee claims Pozin Enterprises dba Sun-Glo Plating Co. fired him after he complained about racial harassment at work, including the owner’s comment: "You should be happy you have a good paying job. It's not that long ago that your people were being hung in the streets," in Tampa Federal Court.

TAMPA, Fla. — A black former employee brought a federal complaint against Pozin Enterprises dba Sun-Glo Plating Co., saying he was fired after complaining about racial harassment at work, including the owner’s comment: "You should be happy you have a good paying job. It's not that long ago that your people were being hung in the streets."
