Boss of the Week

OKLAHOMA CITY (CN) - Three workers say Shane Battles, their boss at Unit Drilling Co., exposed himself to them more than 40 times, slapped people in the head with his penis, licked the nub of his partially severed finger and jammed it into workers' buttocks, and in response to their complaints, told them, "This is an oilfield. If you don't like it, then quit."

The men demand punitive damages for assault and battery, sexual assault, discrimination, harassment, and other charges. They are represented by Tamara Gowens.

Two other men filed a similar complaint in Dallas Federal Court against Unit Drilling, naming Battles as their harasser, but not naming him as a defendant. These plaintiffs are represented by Theodore Anderson with Kilgore & Kilgore.
