Boss of the Month

HOUSTON (CN) - Three women say their boss at Premier Adjusters in Houston forced them to "watch pornographic video that depicted a woman having sex with a pig," texted them pictures of his genitals and pulled his pants down and exposed himself to them.

In their complaint in Harris County Court, the women claim that in the past 2 years Premier Adjusters owner Jerry Wilson sexually harassed them in other ways as well.

"Neither Wilson nor Premier did anything to stop the harassment," the women say.

They say they "have suffered and will continue to suffer extreme and severe emotional distress, including but not limited to nausea, sleeplessness, night terrors, loss of sexual desire, depression and loss of enjoyment of life."

The women, who no longer work for Wilson or Premier Adjusters, seek punitive damages for sexual harassment, negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, past and future medical expenses, loss earnings and benefits, and "severe mental anguish."

They are represented by Jonathan Zumwalt with Mestemaker & Straub.
