Boss Of The Day

LOUISVILLE (CN) - A black woman suffered a vile litany of racial abuse while working for Kentuckiana Curb Co., including being told she "has a lot of nerve being black and listening to country music," the woman claims in Jefferson County Court.

The plaintiff says she was the only black worker in the defendant's business office, where she suffered repeated racial harassment and abuse from coworkers, which are described in the complaint.

She demands punitive damages. She is represented by Bryan Cassis.
