MORRISTOWN, N.J. (CN) - A longtime employee who took medical leave for stress and depression due to her son's second tour of duty in Iraq sued Advantage Business Media and her boss, Susanne Foulds, claiming Foulds blabbed details of her medical problems to the hair stylist they both go to. She demands punitive damages for privacy invasion, defamation and emotional distress, in Morris County Court.
