Boss Accused of Sexual Assaults

CINCINNATI (CN)- A Cincinnati company told a woman she was "too emotional" to return to work after her boss sexually assaulted repeatedly, including masturbating on her at work, and when she did return to work it demoted her, she claims in Federal Court.

Savannah Stewart claims that her boss at Trans-Acc, Kwame Wilson, exposed his penis to her on her first day as his personal assistant, and "grabbed her breasts and masturbated to ejaculation" on her pants leg.

She says Wilson also grabbed her head, forced it to his crotch, told her to "suck me off" and threatened to demote her if she told anyone.

She claims Wilson cornered and dry humped her in a warehouse back room and when she told him to stop he said "he could demote her and put her in the warehouse doing sealing work."

And he trapped her in the women's restroom and tried to force her to give him oral sex, she says.

Stewart says that when she reported the sexual assaults, Roger McKeown, Wilson's boss, told her, "I feel responsible; I can't believe I didn't pick up on this. I should have known."

Then, she says, she was put on paid leave and told she was "too emotional" to return to work during Trans Acc's investigation. When she did return to work, she was demoted from secretary and offered a warehouse job as a sealer.

She says Wilson was eventually arrested on charges of gross sexual imposition when the Hamilton Police Department found semen in the Trans-Acc facility and on her clothing.

She seeks punitive damages for emotional distress, humiliation, and pain and suffering. She is represented by David Cook.
