Borrower Demands $100M From BofA

LOS ANGELES (CN) - Orchard First Source Asset Management demands $100 million from Bank of America, claiming the bank, "acting as if in panic mode," improperly terminated a 3-year $400 million credit arrangement, and improperly tied investment banking services to credit.
