Borrower Demands $100M From BofA

LOS ANGELES (CN) - Orchard First Source Asset Management demands $100 million from Bank of America, claiming the bank, "acting as if in panic mode," improperly terminated a 3-year $400 million credit arrangement, and improperly tied investment banking services to credit. Orchard, which also sued Banc of America Securities and Lasalle Bank National Association, is represented in Superior Court by Quinn Emanuel Urquhart.
