Border Wall and Wildlife

A federal court in Washington D.C. ruled that the Army Corps of Engineers did not withhold any non-exempt records from the Center for Biological Diversity, which requested documents that were given to President Donald Trump’s transition team and relate to his campaign promise to construct a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.

WASHINGTON D.C. – A federal court ruled that the Army Corps of Engineers did not withhold any non-exempt records from the Center for Biological Diversity, which requested documents that were given to President Donald Trump’s transition team and relate to his campaign promise to construct a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.

The center is concerned about the impact the wall will have on the biological diversity and wildlife along the southern border.
