The La Posta Band of Diegueño Mission Indians was properly denied a preliminary injunction in its case challenging border wall construction in San Diego and Imperial County, California, the Ninth Circuit ruled. The tribe claims ancestral burial grounds will be harmed by the construction but the government says such grounds have not been documented in the area.
