Border Patrolman Convicted

A federal jury convicted Border Patrolman Martin Rene Duran, 48, of Chula Vista, of seven counts Friday of illegal transportation of firearms and possession of an unregistered gun. He faces up to 45 years in prison at his April 30 sentencing.
