Border Fence Called Threat To Jaguars

TUCSON (CN) - The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service illegally refused to prepare a recovery plan for the jaguar, despite compelling evidence that the animal has returned to areas of Arizona and New Mexico, the Defenders of Wildlife claim in Federal Court. Plaintiffs say the Department of Homeland Security's planned border wall will irretrievably harm the cats.
