Boozefighters Motorcycle Club

SAN DIEGO — A long-time elementary school employee in California can’t sue San Diego County Sheriff Kelly Martinez for revoking his concealed carry license due to his membership in the Boozefighters Motorcycle Club, which the sheriff describes as a criminal street gang. The “good moral character” criterion under which the license was revoked has since been removed and the gun owner has not alleged that his lack of a license has impacted his ability to participate in the club, which he says is an organization promoting motorcycle riding skills and engaging in community service.
