DENVER – A 10th Circuit panel ruled Tuesday that although a federal judge should have examined the relationship of the various arms of surgical-tool seller Medtronic in an antitrust case, the claims brought by manufacturer Lenox Maclaren Surgical have already been litigated and were properly dismissed.
